Hi, I’m Ashley.

I’m a creative producer, project manager, and art director living on the West Coast.

With over a decade of experience managing award-winning restaurants and venues, I’ve learned how to blend hospitality, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving into everything I do.

Taking the road less traveled has always been my preference. My work history might read like a chaotic chronology of one women’s ongoing identity crises, but it also tells a story of resiliency. From being a farmer and a model scout to opening a vintage shop and working as an operations manager, every job has brought its own challenges and dynamic growth. This journey of switching roles—from boss to beginner—has instilled in me a deep sense of humility and resourcefulness.

I’m a people-person at heart, and I love getting to know the people I work and collaborate with. At the end of the day, I’m driven by a simple goal: to leave things better than I found them. I want clients and teammates to feel respected and supported, and I always aim to deliver results that go above and beyond expectations; on time and under budget is just a starting point.

Currently, I lead creative production, post-production & project management at Empire Green Creative in Portland, OR.

I’ve worked with businesses both big and small to streamline internal procedures, build committed teams, define their voice and mission, produce compelling visual narratives, and implement successful digital and experiential marketing campaigns.
